The COVID-19 pandemic as a worldwide issue has affected all of us. However, we noticed in a positive way that the pandemic has made us come together from all over the world to rally our greatest strength, the human spirit. We remained vigilant in our everyday lives by protecting ourselves, our families, and our communities by taking simple steps like washing hands, wearing masks, and avoiding crowds.
Despite closed borders, we were happy to keep connected with our friends and partners via online platforms and so we could still follow from a distance what a great job you and the world did in fighting the virus and in keeping the business going. Congratulations to all of you for the great and ongoing job you are doing during this special time.
This year we were especially grateful to know that the use of our solar water pump has proven to be particularly valuable. It has allowed people to stay healthy by having given access to water to wash their hands thoroughly, while also being able to gather at safe distances. It was really motivating to see all the creative solutions everybody came up with to counteract the problems created by this global pandemic. Thanks to our virtual meetings, we met more often this year than in previous years. This has made the bond between us stronger and deepened our partnership and friendship.
